With reference to your Circular Despatch

of the 18th. April, 1917, on the subject of the restrictions on the use of Wireless Telegraphy in Colonial territorial waters, I have the honour to forward for your consideration a copy of Port Regulations (No. 2) of this Colony.

These Regulations have been referred to the Commodore who is of the opinion that they are quite satis- -factory and that no amendments are necessary, and I shall be glad to be informed whether they meet the wishes of the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty.
